This page contains links that document the Team Portal. The portal is where Team members add their profile of skills. Team members can designate if they want to be considered for a Team lead role. Team leads can query the other members and invite them to their team. Finally, Team leads can query projects and bid on them. All Team members must have an account to access the Team Portal.
